Apex Notes works on your device. Routes you import, bends detected, your notes and your settings are stored locally on your phone and are not sent to our servers.
Location is used only while navigating or recording, to position you on the route and time the voice callouts. Location data is not transmitted to us.
When you paste a Google Maps short link, the app contacts Google to expand it into a full link. Google’s privacy policy applies to that request.
If you request a beta invite on apexnotes.app, we store your email address, the phone platform you chose and, if you give one, the referral (the shop, club, person or code that sent you). We use them only to send you the invite and news about the Apex Notes launch, and we do not share them with anyone. You can ask us to delete them at any time by writing to info@rallymeter.com.
We do not create accounts, we do not track you across apps or websites, we do not sell data, and we do not show third-party advertising.
Purchases are handled by Apple’s App Store or Google Play. We receive no payment details.
Under the GDPR you may ask what data we hold about you and request its deletion by writing to info@rallymeter.com. Since the app stores data only on your device, deleting the app deletes the data.
